Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quorumcircle.com and your purchase of consulting services from Quorum Circle (Quorum Circle, "we", "us"). By booking or paying for a service you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide business consulting services as described on our Services page, including advisory sessions, operations reviews, growth planning and ongoing advisory retainers. The scope and deliverables of each service are as described on that page or in a written proposal we send you. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

2. Service delivery

• After payment, we will contact you within 1 business day to schedule your session or kickoff.
• Sessions and meetings are delivered remotely by video call unless otherwise agreed.
• Written deliverables are sent by email on the timelines stated for each service, measured from the kickoff date. Timelines depend on you providing requested information and attending scheduled meetings.
• Services must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise.

3. Pricing and billing

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are added to your invoice.
• One-time services (Strategy Advisory Session, Operations & Process Review, Growth Planning Package) are charged in full at the time of booking.
• Executive Advisory Retainer is a recurring subscription charged monthly in advance, starting on the date of purchase and renewing automatically on the same day each month until cancelled.
• Custom engagements may be billed by invoice according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts described.

4. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may cancel a retainer at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information, make relevant people available, and review deliverables. You are responsible for decisions you make based on our advice.

6. No guarantee of results

Our services are advisory. We do not guarantee specific business, financial or legal outcomes. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice; please consult a licensed professional for those matters.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you may use the deliverables we create for you for your internal business purposes. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at team@quorumcircle.com first so we can resolve it quickly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
